  I visited this store last week. I was wandering about for 20 minutes looking for help and there was no staff in sight. I eventually found a member of staff and managed to order a part for my car. When taking my details, the woman on the till misspelled my surname and incorrectly typed the last 3 digits of my phone number. I told her and corrected her twice and she said she would go back into the system and change it after I left. This lady was clearly just rushing what she was doing, instead of slowing down and listening when customers are giving her information. I phoned Halfords this morning to see if the part I ordered had arrived yet. It had been sat in the store for days. I wonder why they couldn’t phone me to let me know it had arrived in store?
