I went into the showroom looking for some spares for 20 year old bedroom sliding doors. The doors were that old that you cant get them anymore , however , a gentleman called John McKelvie said to me wait a moment and I will have a look round the back I may have some old ones that I removed from old doors. He went away and came back 5 minutes later with the two runners I was looking for. Gave them to me for free and would not take a payment. What a lovely guy. Thanks John.
